1. Sensitivity towards Data Security: We follow highest standards of security protocol. The security is mainly of two forms- Physical security of the workspace and security of the data from access. We use multi-layer security and also carry out security audits. We do so along with customer’s data and information security norms. This helps us help you archive required compliance as well.
2. Connectivity: With advent of high speed internet, the connectivity is normally not an issue. However in order to avoid unforeseen outages, Alltech follows the guidelines on redundant connections and minimum downtime to switch over to other networks. VPN: We use secure VPN connectivity for connecting with customer’s databases. We are open for any other connectivity paradigm in case that is a standard that you follow for remote database monitoring activities.
